HARBOURVIEW APARTMENT HOTEL, Melbourne – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel rooms felt less than what we expected, not providing sufficient toiletries, but were clean, neat, and very good for our needs. They need a good paint and tidy up. The service is absolutely amazing, always striving to make our stay problem-free and extremely enjoyable, although there were some instances of staff being busy or not available at the desk. The location is convenient, with stops right outside the front door and close to the free tram stop that takes you around the city. The dining options are available in the onsite restaurant on weekdays, offering local vegetables. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking Spencer St, though it did feel a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport, but having a bed in the living area was not ideal. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, although there was a slight confusion about our booking. The dining options were limited, but the authentic dishes in the restaurant downstairs were enjoyable. The facilities were decent, but the lack of a sauna or spa was a downside.

The hotel had everything we needed and was well located, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were semi-connected and provided all necessary amenities, making for a comfortable stay. Although the street noise was a minor issue, it was a good place to rest.
